- Restaurant partner information such as restaurant name, owner or staff details, business address, FSSAI or compliance details, menus, prices, operating hours, bank or payout details, and settlement records.
- Delivery partner information such as identity, contact details, vehicle or work preferences, delivery activity, earnings, and location needed to fulfill deliveries.
- Location data, including approximate or precise location, where required for delivery, restaurant discovery, map features, fraud prevention, and operational safety.
- Device and technical data such as IP address, device identifiers, browser or app version, operating system, crash logs, diagnostics, notification tokens, and usage events.
- Support communications, complaints, chat messages, documents, screenshots, and call or ticket metadata submitted to our support channels.
- Payment-related data processed by payment partners, including transaction identifiers, payment method type, payment status, refunds, chargebacks, and payout references. We do not store full card numbers.
How We Use Information
- To create, verify, secure, and manage customer, restaurant, staff, and delivery partner accounts.
- To process orders, payments, refunds, restaurant preparation, delivery assignment, customer support, and dispute resolution.
- To show nearby restaurants, calculate delivery availability, estimate fees, and support map-based features.
- To send service messages, order updates, support replies, payout notices, security alerts, and optional promotional communications.
- To maintain platform safety, prevent fraud, detect misuse, enforce policies, and protect users, partners, delivery partners, and foodflow.
- To improve app performance, user experience, analytics, recommendations, restaurant operations, and business reporting.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, audit, and regulatory obligations.

We process personal information where it is necessary to provide the service, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or where you have given consent. You may withdraw consent for optional features such as marketing messages or certain location features, but some services may not work without required data.

- Restaurants, customers, delivery partners, and staff members involved in an order or service request.

Data Retention

- Order, invoice, payment, payout, refund, tax, and settlement records may be retained for up to 8 years or longer if required by applicable law.

- Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being overwritten or securely removed through normal backup cycles.

foodflow uses location data to show restaurants near you, calculate delivery feasibility and charges, assign delivery partners, track deliveries, validate restaurant locations, prevent misuse, and improve service reliability. You can manage location permissions through your device settings, but disabling required location permissions may limit app functionality.

Our website and apps may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate sessions, remember preferences, measure traffic, detect abuse, improve performance, and understand how services are used. You can manage cookies through browser settings where available.
