Welcome to Yumma!™, a food delivery platform owned and operated by Aman Firoz Khan, Adgraph Media Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Yumma!™ through our website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old or using the service under parental supervision. You agree to comply with these Terms. You provide accurate and complete information. 2. Our Services Yumma!™ is an online marketplace that enables users to: Browse restaurants Order food and beverages Make online payments Track deliveries Access promotional offers Contact restaurant and delivery partners Yumma!™ does not prepare or manufacture food. Restaurants are solely responsible for food quality, preparation, ingredients, hygiene, and compliance with applicable laws. 3. User Accounts Users are responsible for: Maintaining account confidentiality Protecting login credentials All activities under their account Providing updated contact information We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity. 4. Orders Orders become final after successful confirmation. Restaurants may reject orders due to: Item unavailability Store closure Operational issues Delivery limitations If an order cannot be fulfilled, refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy. 5. Pricing Prices displayed are provided by restaurants. Final payable amount may include: Food charges Delivery charges Platform fee Taxes Government levies Prices may change without prior notice. 6. Payments We accept secure online payments through authorized payment gateways. Users authorize Yumma!™ to collect payment on behalf of participating restaurants. 7. Cancellations Orders cannot normally be cancelled once restaurant preparation has begun. Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. 8. Promotions Offers, coupons and promotional campaigns: Have limited validity May have minimum order values Cannot be combined unless specified May be modified or withdrawn without notice 9. Delivery Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur because of: Weather Traffic Restaurant preparation High demand Force majeure events Yumma!™ shall not be liable for reasonable delivery delays. 10. User Responsibilities Users agree not to: Misuse the platform Provide false information Abuse restaurant or delivery personnel Attempt fraudulent payments Violate applicable laws 11. Restaurant Responsibility Restaurants are solely responsible for: Food quality Hygiene Packaging Ingredients Allergens Licenses GST compliance 12. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, graphics, software and content related to Yumma!™ are the property of Adgraph Media Private Limited and may not be copied without written permission. 13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adgraph Media Private Limited shall not be liable for: Food quality disputes Allergic reactions Restaurant errors Delivery delays Service interruptions Indirect or consequential damages 14. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts for: Fraud Policy violations Illegal activity Misuse of services 15. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
