1. Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders before the restaurant starts preparing the food.

Once food preparation has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Restaurant Cancellation

Restaurants may cancel orders due to:

  • Item unavailability
  • Store closure
  • Technical issues
  • Operational limitations
  • Excess order load

Eligible refunds will be initiated for approved cancellations.

3. Delivery-Related Cancellation

Orders may be canceled due to:

  • Delivery partner unavailability
  • Inability to contact customer
  • Unsafe delivery conditions
  • Incorrect delivery details

4. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees may apply if:

  • Food preparation has already started
  • Delivery partner has been assigned
  • Repeated cancellations are observed

5. Failed Delivery Orders

Orders may be marked canceled if:

  • Customer does not answer calls
  • Delivery location is unreachable
  • Customer refuses to accept delivery

Refunds in such situations will depend on case review.

6. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Yumma! reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in:

  • Fake orders
  • Repeated abuse of cancellation policy
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Misuse of promotional offers
