6. Cancellations & Refunds

Yumma! acts as a technology platform connecting customers, restaurants, and delivery partners.

We are not liable for:

Food quality issues
Delays caused by external factors
Restaurant operational issues
Temporary service interruptions
Third-party payment failures

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yumma!, RIZQA SOLUTIONS LLP, its employees, partners, and affiliates from claims arising from misuse of the platform.
