2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided under the following circumstances:

Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
Customer unavailable during delivery
Order cancellation after food preparation has started
Delay caused by traffic, weather, or external conditions
Minor packaging variations
Personal taste preferences or dissatisfaction without valid issue

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

UPI Payments: 3–7 business days
Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
Wallet Payments: As per provider timelines

Actual refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

Missing items
Incorrect items
Packaging damage
Quality concerns affecting only part of the order

5. Refund Method

Refunds will usually be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via:

UPI transfer
Wallet credit
Promotional coupon credit

6. Fraud Prevention

Yumma! reserves the right to verify refund requests. Fraudulent or abusive refund claims may lead to account suspension or legal action.
